well, i took a look at the clearance below the charger,it looks like there would be too many things obstructing it to add a 2" plate between the manifold and the charger.then there might be an issue with the layout of the pulleys versus the belts angles.if you lower the charger 2",then the belts might bind too much or how too much stress on the tension pullies.,etcc..well,im gonna keep on searching......

Rerouting belts and using a new longer belt is not a serious problem in the grand scheme of your quest. Neither is relocating whats in the way if possible.
